Target opens August 1. They rebuilt it as a one-story store, right?

Yes Target opens August 1st, however the store is still 2 stories. The only thing they did, was a complete renovation of all the exterior and interiors of the former Zellers store.

Interesting. I know they wanted to re-build it as a one storey location, but I guess the costs would have been prohibitive.

Erin Mills' website says new Target is over 135,000 sq. ft!! Whether it's one storey or two storeys, seems like an enormous store

From Aug 1, Target will have coupon deals for their opening and looks like there are great in-mall contests and gift-card event on Aug 2 mentioned on the fb page.
