Four rental apartments on the suburban edge of Kitchener, unfortunately no affordable units or retail allocation. The architecture is likely done by an in-house person, as it looks exactly like a mediocre BC mid rise, especially with how it doesn't interact at street level.

Also sorry @Paclo , but the public documents online are an older iteration, you may have to ask them for updated stats.

The first building now has all of the cladding complete, framing is mostly complete on the eastern most 4th building.

EOY Update: Change to complete, blocks A-D are complete, didn't find the need to shoot them all as they look identical but I did see and there all open.
