So this will be a very unpopular opinion but everybody accuses this building of stealing one blur east balconies I actually like the design better

Everyone? I'm sure it's been noted a few times including by me...but I very much doubt everyone here feels that way. Not to mention, how they're applying those balconies is certainly different from One Bloor East. /shrug

This is more of a bargain basement version of Aqua than One Bloor. All in the same family.

I had some family visiting from Alberta, and they were quite blown away by the cluster of high-rises in these centres surrounding Toronto, while flying into Pearson. They are not used to seeing many tall towers outside of downtown Calgary and on this scale. Had to remind them that the greater Toronto area has more than the entire population of Alberta.

Menkes Developments Ltd. ("Menkes"), and QuadReal Property Group ("QuadReal") broke ground today in a ceremony marking the start of construction on the East Tower at Bravo, the three-tower, community consisting of 32, 41 and 51-storeys. Bravo is a multi-faceted mixed-use community designed to integrate seamlessly into the fabric of the evolving and rapidly growing VMC.
