These prices are nuts. They don't even include parking, which is $120,000 more. Who is paying this in 2025?

Nobody, which is why the condo market is dead.

The irony in that statement is the best selling units right now [couple dozen per month] are the most expensive.

Agreed, almost nobody wants 750 sqft for $1.2M but they have a small chance of selling 1500sqft for $5M in a better location.
