To be fair, both should be visible for straight angles of the CN Tower. Union Park (Red box) is east of the CN Tower and Forma (Blue box) is in the same line as the CN Tower. Pictured below.

Union Park will be behind the Skydome, and Forma will be behind the CN Tower. Union Park has a much lower chance of having its view blocked as the city likes having the iconic pic of the CN Tower and Skydome duo from the island.

Unfortunately, Forma does not have this privilege and would be partially blocked by the CN Tower and the Ritz.

Oxford was also proposing a couple office and residential towers on the top of the current Metro Convention Center a while back

Question is if/when any of these projects will be launched given the current hybrid office environment and economic cycle.

IMHO: Toronto Downtown core is over built/proposed with office and residential towers.
Our city council needs to benchmark against major cities, eg. NYC, to see if we are on the right path without causing major social issues down the road ?!

That plan has been scrapped due to the cancellation of the casino.

The current plan has the proposal limited to the PS4 Pro looking building directly north of the SkyDome. The current convention centre stays per this proposal as you can see below.

Not sure what Oxford has planned for the convention centre building. Maybe a future phase after the completion of the above.

To your point tho, the office portion of this might mean it's not going to be built in the near future. Forma would be visible for quite a while before being hidden behind these proposals.

I will be honest, I am the one who made this video. If I said it's sold out, it's because the sales are going very well. More than 60% of apartments are already sold. I said it, because I expect that it will be sold out in a close future and I want my video to be a little Timeless. I mean I expect the project to be sold out in 2 years and under construction too.

I didn't wanted to post it as my creation because I was afraid that it would have been considered self promotion. Tell me what do you think 😅
I think if you care about credibility, you will go back to the post where you linked your video, and edit the text to say that it's your video, and that you lied about it being sold out. Actually, if you really, really care about credibility, if you care that people will believe what you are saying, or care about anything that you say in the future, you will take the video off of YouTube until it is sold out.

While I gather it's been 10 years of things happening behind the scene, I am not sure we'd ever want what they where proposing here 10 years ago. That is, a complete destruction of heritage components, building designs that would of even defied technological advances made in Neal Stephenson's, The Diamond Age and vertigo inducing aesthetics. So it's a good thing they took the time and financing to flush out a more reasonable design...no matter how mind numbing long the waiting has been.
