This development was approved in 2018 as a set of 5 buildings with 540 condominium apartment units. Buildings 1 and 2 are completed at 14 storeys of residential units listed as 1878-1880 Gordon Street, and building 5 at 2 storeys devoted to commercial space. Buildings 3 and 4 are now under construction as a merged 8 storey right angle tower, marketed as Tower III of Gordon Square, with the former site of building 4 devoted to parkland and surface lots.
