If a sale goes through, I'd expect something similar to Pace condos. This corner sure is changing fast.

Downtown East is the place to be as developers can still find some 'deals'. Brad Lamb and Streetcar were the pioneers and the big developers are now on the bandwagon these last few years. Toronto Life real estate edition listed Moss Park as a place to buy now (for real estate appreciation, obviously).

Only so far east you can go there though . By the time you hit Sherbourne, you have all that public housing, which is unlikely to go away soon.

this corner is going to be huge in a couple years, especially once Ryerson gets around to building their building on the parking lot in front of the Sears HQ..

^probably 2 or 3 years after the new building at Church and Dundas, so completion 2020-2021. Probably only a year or two after this project.

Yes, Jarvis seems to the the eastern most street developers can safely go without worrying too much about vast amount of the public housing/homeless shelters between Jarvis and Parliament, especially between Queen and Carlton.

Be a shame if all those are torn down instead of restored. Are non of them listed?

Sometimes we should just let it go. Really no lost love from me.

What new building at Church and Dundas? Three of the four corners need to be gutted.
