I gather the...errrm...designer...was somehow mistaken in believing that their...design...was inspired by Hart House.

This is so far deep in Markham that I wouldn't even mind seeing dozens of these grouped together as at least the mid scaled density is a net positive.

It's in the heart of the historic village of Unionville. I love it there - doesn't even feel like it's part of that suburban blob.
