Looking forward to seeing how they execute the cladding here. It's a gateway building into the traditional main Beaches core, and hopefully it provides us with some refreshment to depart from the accumulated schlockery west of Woodbine.

When did they replace the hundred year old hydro infrastructure? This looks much worse. I see a number of manhole covers indicating an underground system too.
 
I'm sure they'll add "timber" in the kitchen and bathroom cabinet fixtures portions of this project...
 
Steady progress being made on the brick cladding.
