Under-promise and over-deliver. Sadly lacking in many Toronto projects. Don't want to encourage local developers to stick to this mission statement too much, though. Some of them may end up asking their 9 year olds to draw the renderings ...

the effect of the fins (on materiality, verticality and regularity) is reminiscent of 20th century international style towers
 
I can't wait for the heritage facades to be revealed. Hopefully, it'll be any day now.
