It will be interesting to see how the loop is to be built in the city core, with all the Waterline and sewage work taking place until late 2020.

Burnhamthrope is a mess at Duke of York alone with the closure of the northbound lanes on Duke of York. Burnhamthrope is now 2 lanes in place of 3 and parking area. This is only phase 1 for Duke of York, with more work to come going north to Sq One Dr.

Cant't build any ROW on Burnhamthrope or Duke of York until this work is completed

We'll know when they get their audit finished and announce their budget in the Fall. Judging by the way he handled TO council, he will have no issues pulling the plug saying "the people" elected him to save money for the taxpayer as the reason.
