This is on the west side of Markham Road, halfway between Eglinton Avenue and Lawrence Avenue, and is an assembly of 4 quite oversized single family home properties… so 12 times the previous density.

New renderings are updated in the database. There are several changes to the project information. The total unit count changed from 48 units to 42 units. Overall storey count changed from 3,3, 2,& 2-storey to 3,3,3,3 storey. Total height changed from 15.63m, 15.63m, 14.21m, and 14.21m to 14.80m, 14.21m, 13.16m, and 12.94m. Finally, total parking spaces were reduced from 86 parking to 51 parking.
