Does anyone know about the retail component for these? Are the spaces big enough for anything more than the usual dentist, dry cleaner, subway, hasty market, etc?

There are 612 sq m of retail space in the base of the Phase 3 tower only, facing Cordova Road, with three entrances, so no, there's no space for a large grocery store if that's what you're asking.

Jib crane finally being install after all these months to bring tower 1 crane down. Surprised it hasn't come down a month or 2 ago.

Comes across as another lazy design to have so much precast detailing and still copious amounts of spandrel glass. At least they chose a good colour for the spandrel glass, for some reason, is harder than it looks. I don't know....

There's much worse than this in other countries. Even so, the cheapest and ugliest developments display more effort. It's frustrating.

The tower crane was removed from the first tower this weekend and only saw the shaft being removed while shooting six point. Tower 2 looks to being top off as well.
