I was just thinking how cool it would be if the neon "Junction House" sign faced towards the Railpath so it could be viewed/appreciated from the vantage point posted above. And it looks like that will be the case from the project renderings.

I'm glad the City asked for the change and this is great news that it will just say "Junction".

I'm really happy to see the sign in general, and all due respect to those working on the project but having a big glowing sign that says the name of a condo project is kind of tacky and self-aggrandizing to me.

But having a big glowing sign that says the name of the neighbourhood — that's amazing and will bring appreciation for the building and likely make it a neighbourhood icon over time. Instead of it feeling like the condo is writing its marketing copy on the neighbourhood and promoting itself in glowing letters forever, it will instead be a celebration of the neighbourhood itself! I think it worked out great this way, and I'm really excited to see the sign!
