it's in a neighbourhoods designation so technically can't be more than 4 floors. They played some games ("mezzanine levels"!) to get it to 5.

Drove up along Keele earlier today. I don't believe shoring has started as nothing really caught my eye. Admittedly I wasn't paying complete attention on the site at the time, but I'll try to keep tabs on it for next time.
