And yes, its about 600M shorter, and Google reads it as a 36M walk; a savings of 8 minutes.

Demolition of the existing building has begun. It appears that interior elements are being removed first, as the rear of the building (parking lot area) is littered with piled debris. Sidewalk protection for the sidewalk along the north side of Queensway has also started to be put in place.
