While I was taking these photos, a gentleman walking his dog said that there seemed to be no progress on this project since he last passed by about 3 weeks ago. Based on the last photos I took on Dec 8, I have to agree with him. However, he also said he was worried that there might be some financial issues and I told him I doubted that.

Taken Feb 9-2024. Not a lot of visible progress. Could only hear a couple of workers behind the fence, but no great activity. Sign says 10 units of 36 total unsold. Not normally resulting in start of construction.

Plastic coverings probably means they\'re getting serious on interior work. Hopefully for a late summer completion?
