Now Yorkville is selling for $1800 per sq ft for generic bland buildings

Both this project and pre-con in Yorkville are now selling for substantially more than those figures.

Doing some rough math I paid about $17-18 per square foot in 1968 and that square footage didn't include the basement or garage. It seemed kind of expensive at the time.

Edit: Looking again at the numbers I think that would have included the finished part of the basement.
