Saw an advertisement for 'Trinity Point Developments' on Facebook recently. Looks like they're a subsidiary of Greenpark Group and have some projects coming up in the 905.
One that might be of interest is this three tower proposal at Highway 7 and Whitmore Road in Vaughan, of which I could not find a thread for. If there is one, please feel free to merge this with it. Not a whole lot of information about it apart from renderings, but the tallest tower looks to me to be about 35 storeys.
