They have dismantelented the showroom contents at 493 Davenport for phase 1 and have 7 units left unsold. Why would they not leave the phase 1 tower in place and then add the phase 2 when ready. No news and not saying anything of phase 2.
I don't know exactly. That's not generally public info.

So is The City trying to stall them via technicalities for reasons? Or is Greenland asking The City for things they can't approve of?
