Lakeview Residences: a proposed 8-storey condo (first three floors are parking) developed by A1 Capital on the west side of Bayview Avenue, south of Bloomington Road and north of Snively Street in the Lake Wilcox neighbourhood of Richmond Hill.

Am I reading this wrong, or is this surrounded by a lovely treed ravine/waterfront lot, yet they're meeting ground level with a two-storey, above ground parking garage? Designed by the soulless for the clueless.

I mean it's obvious that is marketed for those who want a well opulent dwelling in all its sophistry, superficially. Where the ornate podium entirely houses something that's a degree above a septic tank... >.<
