Is Building C completed as well? Streetview shows the crane up for BLDG C as BLDG B was wrapping up in Oct '23:

I’ll get one, my grandma used to live on the retirement homes next to them, and I can remember both of these being up before Christmas of that year.

Looking at Google Earth images it seems like there was no progress on the west Building C in 2023-25. It looks like they did the foundation and then it stalled?
