Premier Doug Ford came out to break ground Friday afternoon on a new 233,000-square-foot, multi-unit $70-million complex in north Pickering. The development is a partnership between SmartCentres and Lastman’s Bad Boy, which will alone take up 130,000 square feet of the space.

The complex, which is expected to open in March 2023, will create 200 new jobs in Pickering and Durham Region. It’s located in Pickering’s innovation corridor, at 3550 Sideline 24, immediately north of Hwy. 407.

Not sure why they need a distribution centre when they never have anything in stock to begin with.

There are at least two in south Etobicoke in the database so why not?

If it's new development it should be in here. Slowley adding them all to the database
 
Will soon be neighbours with the kubota warehouse just east of it. Couldn’t find a thread for this completed project though.

The map pin is not close to where it should be. The BB warehouse is west of the Kubota warehouse (43.90825706254589, -79.13594964833901)

Interesting to see what happens to this warehouse with Bad Boy going under.

Is this in operation (or was it?). Someone told me it was a lease back with term, not sure if that is complete correct. So yes, it will be interesting to see when it appears on the market.
