Though I like each development on their own, as a cluster, the whole thing feels cold and uninviting. Maybe it will change for the better once it's complete and people and businesses are moved in but it feels like a Cityplace 2.0

Condonow recently updated their site, buzzbuzzhome says pending, and centrecourt official site says coming soon.

Marketing and development promotion sites don't necessarily have all the details accurate. For example, this project is very much under construction and not pre-con as how some sites have it listed.

I had the understanding that this is still rental. Fitzrovia, who has maintained a rental focused portfolio, markets this also as Liberty House.
