Came across an architectural drawing set for M7 and M8 that was posted online as part of someone's portfolio. The set is dated 12/09/22.
Designed by Hariri Pontarini, it shares the same design as M6. M7 & M8 will be located on the northwest corner of Webb Drive and the Redmond Road extension, across the street from M5 and next to Grand Park 2.
There will a total of 1423 residential units, 6 floors of underground parking with 1353 spaces. There will be no retail units.
M7 will be 45 storeys at 159.05m to the top of the mechanical penthouse. In comparison, M7 will be about as tall as Grand Park 2 and the the shorter Absolute World twin.
M8 will be 50 storeys at 175.30m tall to the top of the mechanical penthouse. In comparison, M8 will be 3m shorter than the taller Absolute World twin.
