I'm getting serious L'Arc de Triomphe, wrapped vibes from these buildings. Funny how restoration construction in one city bears resemblance to a monumental art exhibit in another.

…so the scaffold seems to be coming off of the lower two thirds of the taller tower (after it was removed from the top of the upper third several months ago). Close ups of that area don't look that great. Hmm…

Surely that colour mis-match will have to be addressed. It's far worse than not-great.

I don't suppose the patches will cure out to match; if not .........
