Mountainview West is a proposed master-planned, multi-phased community designed by Core Architects for Neatt Communities (operating as "50 Steeles Milton Inc." and "248 Martin Inc.") on the south side of Steeles Avenue East and west side of Martin Street, east of Bronte Street in Milton.

Phase 1 will include 1,083 residential units across 9 blocks up to 10 storeys high.

Neatt Communities has submitted plans for Mountainview West, a multi-phase development in Milton that would deliver low- and mid-rise buildings in the town west of Toronto. Phase 1 includes 1,083 homes, a new street network, open spaces, and integration with the surrounding natural heritage system.
