Noble Residences - A proposed 5-storey mixed-use residential development designed by Graziana + Corazza Architects for Trinity Point. Located on 9929 Keele Street in Vaughan’s Maple community.

I noticed on the pin map and it errors out when clicking on the Project Forum link but I created a thread with additional renderings and a link.

Demolition Permit has been issued as of January for the 2 buildings that make up the mall. Pictures of the site are from street view.

Above is the larger of the two buildings (left building), facing west towards keele.

The second building on the site - faces north.
