Really looking forward to seeing now the project enlivens the strip. It has a nice street presence - a rarity in these parts.
 
I wouldn't hold my breath, the condos to the south are pretty dead as far as liveliness. It will end up just being more remittance and medical offices.

also they have not posted any info about this rental building on the Nordic developer website

They aren't close to needing to fill the rental units: developers typically don't advertise rentals until the buildings are substantially complete. Any purchaser who might have been concerned about an adjacent rental building could have found that info on the City's page about the development, or from sites like UrbanToronto. Meanwhile, there are purpose-built rentals going up all over the place these days, often in combo with condos, plus many of the condo suites themselves will have been bought by investors who have the intention of renting them out. If you're trying to make an argument that the developer is hiding info that would undermine the value of the condo suites, I don't think you have much of a case.

Residential construction is not affected by the latest weak-ass measures to curb the spread of the virus. Don't try to camp on crown land though!

Looks like three cranes will be used on this site. Hydro installing new power lines on the south side of the street to feed the new transforms at the east end of the site.

Interesting thank you for the pictures and updates i am really interested in the progress of this development i wonder if this project is still on schedule due to current Pandemic were in ?
i read somewhere the move in date was August 2022 for the rental units. Does anyone have any idea when this development will be finished?

Will say close to the end of the year before it fully at grade with the east section above grade. It could be top off 100% around April 2022 or sooner. The east end may miss the Aug date, but not by much. Even with COVID-19 requirement in place, moving along fine
