Really pleasing to see the amount of new development in the Downsview area particularly near the Wilson subway station. This area of town was looking dated, underdeveloped with most of the buildings being 50 years of more old and not in the best of shape. One might assume once the runway is closed in 2023 height restrictions will be lifted?

Yeah, runway closing came too late to allow more height on the WILSON station parking lots, but will allow for more height at SHEPPARD WEST and FINCH WEST stations. Building will easily be into the mid-20 storeys at those stations by 2030.

The dark clad building looks to be of similar material quality as Collecdev's Tretti Condos project.
