City seems intent on adding another playground to the neighbourhood. Can't imagine living in those units with the splash pad there.
Really a missed opportunity for a community space or even more grown up / senior fitness needs.

Well the sidewalk is open again, but there is red paint all down it marking a utility. Guess we'll see if it gets tore up right away.
New traffic lights are now operational. Judging by the traffic during peak I don't think they are synchronized to the lights just a stones throw to the East.

Also, what's with the massive boulevard?

More buffer space between the noise and pollution of a street like Wilson isn't a bad idea to make walking pleasant in the area.
