Hmmmm,.... Suriano Architectural Design,....... different architect,.... not Bazis' Roy Varacalli???? - although, Baziz principals are listed as owner/applicant.

Original Bazis Oasis of Lawrence project HAD 11 lots (579, 581, 583, 585, 587, 589, 591, 593, 595, 597, 599 Lawrence Ave West) here for 550 feet frontage,.... this project only has 4 lots (579, 581, 583, 585 Lawrence Ave West) for 200 feet frontage.
Obviously, this is now a smaller townhouse project,.... why???

Bazis also might be scaling down or cancelling their Estate On Bayview townhouse project as well,... since they went after land severance at committee of adjustment earlier this year,.... making those properties easier to sell to other builder/investors.
