Usually, Section 37 Community Benefits and Section 42 Parkland Dedications are listed in City's Planning Final Report for the Development Application. If decided at OMB/OLT, than it'll usually be in "Decision"

The development they did just south of here (i.e. Azura) is honestly one of the best looking NYCC developments - in regards to quality of finishes overall, at least externally.
