My guess for ground level is closer towards December of this year. June would certainly be optimistic in my opinion.

I believe it's 7. They are just starting work on the 3rd level at the south end of the site. If they keep up their current pace I wouldn't be surprised to see them hit ground in May.

Deck of the 3rd parking level at the south end of the site is being poured today. They should start pouring columns supporting the 4th level next week.

Amazing photo tomms. We should really get a "photo of the month" going. It would be cool if users could vote between the months list of "photo of the day" picks, and select an overall best photo of the month. Even though tomms would (and should) win almost every time, it would still be a fun feature.
