Is it coincidence or does Casa's top hat lighting always coordinated with the colour of Chaz's box ?

The lights on Chaz's box are ALWAYS red I have never seen them change and they have not all worked for months it REALLY bothers me. Also red makes no sense for the Chaz club box, nothing about that building is red. Why not blue? Yellow even? Switch it up like Casa does. Or at the very least don't turn them on until they all work. As is I think it looks cheap. Casa has been red since early December, I hope they change it again soon. So far teal was was favourite.
I am too opinionated about this I know... but my view is of this cluster so I see them constantly, and though red is probably my favourite colour, I just don't think it's the right choice for either of these buildings.
 
The balcony "wave" is starting to show in Benito's pic above as they add more balcony glass on the south side. When it becomes more noticeable I think it will be quite dramatic and may change the opinion of those who don't yet love this tower.
 
Funny that they still have the service elevator attached to the s/e building on whatchamacallit there. Hopefully it comes down soon and we can call that one done.

Overall she's lookin' pretty fine. And curves in all the right places.
