Lamentable, but so long as the antenna is still in play I am okay with it being disappeared by IO.
Additionally, hoping the eastern elevation gap comes to fruition with those protruding balconies...although at the moment I cannot tell what exactly will transpire here? The item at the roofline is there, but the paneling is a bit off.

I hope there is a plan in place to beautify the plazas, sidewalks and roads in this area to better connect the Toronto Peace Garden, N.P.S. and The Gardens of the Osgoode Hall. This, in combination with the TO Core proposal for University Avenue, would definitely enrich the quality of public spaces in the heart of the city. There is so much potential for one unified public space, and the UofT: Landscape of Landmark Quality project can act as an ambitious and well executed precedent.
 
I think I'll have a little celebration party in the office when this (and the Centre Avenue makeover work) is done. It's been driving me crazy for ages.
