Could this be the Park Avenue Place project? Doing a search showed no thread for this project other than maybe this one. The address is close: 9070, according to Google Maps. If so, this one's really slipped under the radar as it appears construction may be starting soon:

PS: There's another forgotten project: "Charisma" with onsite ads just south of this on the west side of Jane.

Doesn't Vaughan have a Design Review Panel? And they let this garbage through...

Those renderings are for Solmar's Park Avenue Place, which is on the east side of Jane. The Casertano/Greenpark project (this thread) is across the street on the west side of Jane. These buildings are actually an improvement from Solmar's Bellaria condos just a tad north at Rutherford.
 
It looks like something out of Mississauga -- let's hope York Region can continue to aim higher with its new downtowns.

This is not near where the downtown Vaughan is supposed to be. I agree it looks like what you will find in Mississauga.
 
Hey on the plus side at least it not "just another glass box" that we get everywhere else?

Those are two nice buildings, yes. I just hope the new downtowns avoid the mistakes of Mississauga and Scarborough in terms of style and, more importantly, planning,

Sales are underway for tower 1 and 2 of this three-tower development in Vaughan. More to follow.
