I don't know, it's not great but it's also not horrible. The red brick / buff precast is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. I think it'll look fine once the envelope is complete.

is the little house part of the project? is it going to get a little cleanup done?

well shoot. The grey spandrel and mullions really don't go with the beige and red IMO.

I wish they'd chosen something crisper like the black used on say Via. The amount of spandrel on here though is a lost cause.

If you're referring to the building right at the NW corner of Peter & Adelaide then no, it remains as a separate property that's not part of this project.

New York Furs is still in business, and any cleanup will depend on the property owner.
