Alt opinion: More seriously it's actually is a bright and somewhat colourful building in the king west area when you see it in person. Nothing wrong with it. Personally not so sure the faux red brick fits well, but maybe it'll get cleaned up a bit around occupancy.

Aoyuan would need to make a pretty spectacular recovery for any of that to happen...
Due to my obsession with colour, I completely forgot that the entire 122 Peter project is at risk.

But... that opens the door to my original suggestion :):

"How about WestBank picks up that parking lot bottom centre (and other) for an HPA-designed 19 Duncan Redux.

Would hide one elevation of this turd and elevate those few distressing blocks." ;)
