"To the southeast of the buildings is a ribbon of outdoor amenity space atop the garage, while an easement for a potential westerly extension to the TTC's Line 2 subway is immediately adjacent, next to the CPR Milton rail subdivision."

How likely is the western line 2 extension to happen?

How likely is the western line 2 extension to happen?

Not likely enough to bank on it in the short term. If development pressure remains high enough to cause other landowners along Dundas plus the Sherway area to push forward with redevelopment plans, then I think you'll finally see a push to resurrect the extension. It's gotta be two decades off.
