Update:
Plaza Midtown is a pair of new condo towers on Holly and Dunfield streets in Midtown Toronto. The Plaza development is designed by Quadrangle Architects and will add 545 new homes and a public park to the area.
 
I dunno... looks like rather ordinary blocks with oversized fancy hats glommed onto 'em. It's a kitchy schtick, ain't it?
Also boring, cause it has been done in the neighbourhood already.

Either way, this is a nice piece of infill intensification.
 
People here used to talk about good Quadrangle vs. bad Quadrangle. This, clearly, is the latter.

What could that be about? They settled with the City and that is already ratified by the OMB, AFAIK. Did they make a subsequent CoA application maybe?
