Heard from a local commercial space broker that Wealthsimple is rumoured to become a lead tenant at this project

Super curious if this is leased. Wealthsimple actually opened their brand new office at 80 Spadina around the time you posted this. There are 2 office tower proposals next to their 80 Spadina office, 96 Spadina to the north and 460 King to the south, but their heritage office building appears untouched for now.
Anyone got any lease info for this spec office??

Nope. WealthSimple took Shopify's vacated space in Allied's 80 Spadina.
