Friday, December 9, 2022:

Pouring and smoothing concrete for a portion of the seventh floor. Considering the size of the Portland Commons building floor plate, this one seems to have moved along quite smoothly and quickly. Construction crews are working regularly into the late evening hours, until after 10 or 11 PM after concrete pours. Saturday work is also quite common on this building.

December 19, 2022: Forming for the Eighth Floor of Portland Commons underway. The south crane is going to have to be raised soon, or it will be soon be almost fully engulfed by the structure around it.
