What is happening with the Porsche dealership in their third temporary location in the last, seems like, 10 years? Picture from Dec 5, 2021.
Front and Berkeley, Front and Parliament, and now 259 Lake Shore E.
How many more days for them?
Where are they going next? The docks?

The Audi (I think) dealership is at the north of that site, they are now doing something with the south of the site right behind Humane Society - it certainly may be an enlargement of the Volvo /Audi but might also be a new home for Porsche. The building outlined in yellow was demolished a few weeks ago.

I am curious why the demolition has already started. Are they planning to start building here soon? I think the plan was to start in 2026?

The buildings were all vacant and thus not bringing in any revenue and seemed to be having break-ins (it's getting colder outside). I suspect they preferred to clear the site and either leave it empty or use it for temporary surface parking with really no ongoing costs.
