It's too bad that the brick accents did not go around all four sides of this project. I hope that the landscaping will help to save this building visually.

A building can look shabby but still work functionally as a streetscape. I'm hoping that will be the case. But this design was only going to work with a higher quality finish and attention to detail, which is completely absent here.

The massing was always fairly interesting but the execution details let the project down. Could have been a daring, bold contender - now it's just clinical, somewhat respectable infill. It certainly doesn't deserve any rewards. Such a shame; the potential was immense.
