I wonder what the fate for the spaces at 106 - 114 are then. All the ones facing queen look to be shut down.
Would be great to inject some new spots here, maybe a nice new coffee shop or restaurant.

It's already pretty much across the street from one of the best coffee shops and one of the best restaurants in Toronto, so with a few thousand more people living in the few surrounding blocks, it should easily support more.

Can someone explain to me what this process is? They've been laying down what appears to be crushed rock.
