Geez, why would they go mostly with El Cheapo drop ceilings and florescent ceiling fixtures? Where are the spot lights hanging from a blacked-out slot in an otherwise smooth white ceiling?!?!

It just came to my attention that the phase 5 is going to be completed before phase 4, is that right?
I am also wondering how many floors phase 5 will have? I saw the last penthouse for sale at 6th floor, so that might be the height of the building?

No, I don't mean all the empty space with nothing going on, that could bore you to sleep..........you noticed that........

I meant the people enjoying the park! Right, you didn't notice any.............me neither. Grumble. What a design fail.
 
I agree a fail! I do believe however this is meant to be more of a market place or a place to have little stalls etc when necessary.
