There's minimal progress here. It seems like they slowed down again....

What the pace previously? Comparing the June and July photos, 5 weeks apart, for the north tower, I count an additional 2.5 floors, so about 1 every 2 weeks, that's not terrible.
If I'm miscounting, my bad.

Roof on phase 2 has been like that for over a month.
Sidings for the townhouses hasn't really moved an further.
Obivously i can't tell about interior, but exterior progress overall has been really slow for this project.
