Another proposal for a high-density residential development in suburban Brampton.

My assumption that this project is non-profit affordable housing as most units are bachelor apartments, and the proponent is the Rotary Club. The site is near Queen Street and Mississauga Road, which has adequate transit (Routes 1/561 and 60) but not many other amenities within walking distance.

Bachelor – 256 units
1 Bedroom – 30
1 Bedroom plus den – 24
2 Bedroom – 22

After the planning and development committee sent the plans for further public consultation (despite staff recommendations for approval), it's coming back to the February 2023 committee for approval, and once again, planning staff are recommending approval:
