Some of the most scary pedestrian intersections I've seen in the GTHA are on Upper James. Rymal and Mohawk come to mind.
Upper James is far from great but is far, far, away from the worst intersections in the GTA for pedestrians. As far as suburban shopping arterials go it's actually not that bad compared to many parts of the GTA. The size and scale of the street is a lot smaller than a lot of suburban arterials and is more in line with older suburban arterials you tend to see in the 416.

South of Rymal as the speed limit increases it becomes extremely pedestrian hostile and honestly a fairly dangerous road even for drivers, but there aren't pedestrians there really in the first place.

After months of Shoring has been done, excavation and digging is underway for the underground parking and bunch of Reimar forming & Construction signs are up as of yesterday while in the Toyota dealership for the pickup of the brand new RAV4 SUV, we will be having two Toyota vehicles for me and my family. We will try to get a pic soon.

This has a crane now. Three (admittedly crappy) pictures taken from a distance and from a bus, yesterday:
